Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for digital products.

Digital Products – No Physical Shipping

All products sold on Resin Art Digital are digital products (such as e-books, guides, templates, courses, or downloadable files).
No physical items are shipped.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once the purchase is completed and the digital product is delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This policy is in place to prevent unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our digital content.

Exceptions – Technical Issues

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

  • The download link is not working

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical error

In these cases, please contact us at resinartdigital@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Screenshots (if applicable)

We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or a new download link.
If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Incorrect Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of knowledge or experience with the product

  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing

  • Incompatibility with your device or software (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

Please make sure to carefully read the product description before completing your purchase.

Unauthorized Distribution

Any unauthorized sharing, reselling, copying, or redistribution of our digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
